For March 2003 Commentary: In March, Saddam left Mister Sausage ... I would have kept him in, I mean, the war in Iraq was looming near and everything, but at the same time, there was this idea that an old coworker suggested back in the Summer of 2001: To do a few strips entitled "Memoirs of a First Generation Chinese" These strips would be based on all of the stories I told my friends about growing up wtih immigrant parents (it's funny, but hey I love em!) I had no idea what a great reception this particular storyline would ultimately bring with readers. A lot of people LOVED these strips, as many could relate to them. Hell, for one of the first times, the comic even had female fans because of the Memoirs storyline! It was good times. I got a LOT of positive feedback (I'd post it on the site, BUT my damned computer crashed, and I had to reformat my drive a few weeks ago.. thanks for nothing, spyware!) --May 12, 2003
